Faktor stimulasi koloni granulosit (bahasa Inggris: Granulocyte colony-stimulating factor, colony-stimulating factor 3, G-CSF, CSF-3code: en is deprecated ) adalah hormon berupa glikoprotein dengan fungsi faktor pertumbuhan, mitogen, sitokina, yang disekresi oleh berbagai jaringan untuk menstimulasi sumsum tulang agar mensintesis granulosit dan sel punca dan melepaskannya ke dalam peredaran darah.
