Polacanthus (dari bahasa Yunani Kuno polys-/πολύς- "banyak" dan akantha/ἄκανθα "duri")^[5] adalah sebuah genus dinosaurus ankylosauria yang hidup pada periode Kapur Awal (130-125 juta tahun lalu) di Inggris.^[6] Beberapa spesis telah dinamai dalam genus ini, tetapi hanya spesies tipenya, Polacanthus foxii, yang kini dianggap sah. Tidak banyak tersedia sisa-sisa fosil dari dinosaurus ini, dan bbeerapa ciri anatomi pentingnya, seperti tengkoraknya, tidak diketahui dengan baik. Polacanthus tumbuh hingga panjang 4–5 meter (13–16 ft). Tubuhnya ditutupi oleh lempeng zirah dan duri. Genus ini barangkali merupakan anggota basal Nodosauridae atau bagian dari famili lain, Polacanthidae.
