Masalah lingkungan hidup di Tiongkok telah meningkat seiring dengan pesatnya industrialisasi negara tersebut, serta lemahnya pengawasan lingkungan terutama pada awal tahun 2000-an. Tiongkok menduduki peringkat ke-120 dari 180 negara pada Indeks Kinerja Lingkungan tahun 2020.[1]
