Golden Globe Award untuk Aktris Terbaik – Serial Drama Televisi adalah Golden Globe Award dipersembahkan setiap tahun oleh Hollywood Foreign Press Association (HFPA). Penghargaan ini menghormati penampilan terbaik seorang aktris dalam serial drama televisi.

Penghargaan ini pertama kali diberikan pada Penghargaan Golden Globe ke-19 pada tanggal 5 Maret 1962, dengan judul Bintang TV Terbaik – Wanita, mencakup penampilan dalam serial televisi komedi dan drama, hingga Pauline Frederick.
