Yohanes IV (wafat 2 September 595), juga disebut Yohanes Nesteutes (John the Faster), adalah uskup atau Patriark Konstantinopel ke-33 (11 April 582 – 595). Ia adalah orang pertama yang memegang gelar Patriark Ekumenikal. Ia diangkat menjadi orang kudus oleh Gereja Ortodoks Timur yang mengadakan hari rayanya pada 2 September.
