Toby Finn Regbo (lahir 18 Oktober 1991) adalah aktor asal Inggris.
Ia mulai berkarier di teater pada tahun 2009 dalam pertunjukan berjudul Tusk Tusk, ia bermain sebagai Polly Stenham.
