Stephen Jay Greenblatt (/ˈɡriːnˌblæt/; lahir 7 November 1943) adalah seorang Shakepearean, sejarawan sastra dan penulis asal Amerika Serikat. Ia menjabat sebagai John Cogan University Professor dari bidang Kemanusiaan di Universitas Harvard sejak 2000. Greenblatt adalah penyunting umum The Norton Shakespeare (2015) dan penyunting dan kontributor umum untuk The Norton Anthology of English Literature.
