Sivatherium ("Binatang Siwa", dari kata Siwa dan therium, bentuk Latinisasi dari kata Yunani kuno θηρίον - thēríon) adalah sebuah genus punah dari famili Giraffidae yang tersebar di sepanjang Afrika dan Eurasia. Berdasarkan beratnya, spesies Sivatherium giganteum adalah salah satu spesies Giraffidae terbesar yang diketahui, dan juga salah satu hewan pemamah biak terbesar sepanjang masa.[3] Sivatherium bermula pada Miosen Akhir (sekitar 7 juta tahun lampau) di Afrika dan bertahan hidup sampai akhir Pleistosen Awal (Calabrian) pada sekitar 1 juta tahun lampau.[4]
