Roger Mellor Makins, 1st Baron Sherfield, GCB GCMG FRS DL[1] (3 Februari 1904 – 9 November 1996), adalah seorang diplomat Inggris yang menjabat sebagai Duta Besar Britania Raya untuk Amerika Serikat dari 1953 sampai 1956. Makins adalah putra dari pasangan Brigjen Sir Ernest Makins (1869–1959) dan Florence Mellor.
