Pawnee, juga dikenal dengan endonim Chatiks si chatikscode: paw is deprecated ^[1], adalah sebauh suku asli dari Dataran Besar yang dulunya tinggal di Nebraska dan Kansas utara namun kini berbasis di Oklahoma.^[2] Mereka diakui secara federal sebagai Pawnee Nation of Oklahoma, yang bermarkas besar di Pawnee, Oklahoma.^[3] Bahasa Pawnee masuk dalam rumpun bahasa Caddoan.
