Moskow, Roma ketiga (bahasa Rusia: Москва — третий Римcode: ru is deprecated ; Moskva, tretiĭ Rim) adalah sebuah konsep teologi dan politik yang menganggap Moskow sebagai penerus Romawi kuno, dengan dunia Rusia memajukan peninggalan Kekaisaran Romawi. Istilah "Roma ketiga" merujuk kepada topik perdebatan sejarah dalam budaya Eropa yang bermual dalam lingkup Ortodoks Timur: pertanyaan kota penerus dari "Roma pertama" (Roma, di Kekaisaran Romawi Barat) dan "Roma kedua" (Konstantinopel, di Kekaisaran Romawi Timur).
