Monyet titi rio mayo (Plecturocebus oenanthe) adalah sebuah spesies monyet titi, sebuah jenis dari monyet Dunia Baru, endemik di Peru. Monyet titi rio mayo, sebelumnya dianggap memiliki persebaran asli yang kecil di lembah Alto Mayo, tetapi riset menemukan bahwa persebarannya terbentang sampai kawasan selatan dan mencapai Sungai Huayamba,[2] serta Bajo Mayo.[3]
