Meghann Alexandra Fahy[1] (/ˈfeɪhi/;[2] lahir 25 April 1990)[3] adalah aktris asal Amerika Serikat. Ia mendapatkan peran penting pertamanya sebagai Hannah O'Connor dalam sinetron One Life to Live (2010–2012) dan melakukan debut Broadway-nya dalam musikal Next to Normal (2010–2011). Setelah dua peran film pertamanya dalam drama tahun 2015 Those People dan Burning Bodhi, Fahy meraih terobosan dengan peran utama dalam serial drama The Bold Type (2017–2021).
Pada tahun 2022, Fahy menerima pujian atas perannya dalam musim kedua serial antologi The White Lotus, yang membuatnya dinominasikan untuk Primetime Emmy Award untuk Aktris Pendukung Terbaik dalam Serial Drama. Kehidupan pribadi
Sejak usia muda, Fahy bernyanyi di berbagai acara di sekitar kota kelahirannya, Longmeadow, Massachusetts. Namun, peran panggung pertamanya adalah memerankan Dorothy Gale dalam pertunjukan kelas seniornya di SMA Longmeadow dalam The Wizard of Oz.[4] Fahy bekerja sebagai pelayan di The Grey Dog di New York City dan menjadi pengasuh anak di awal kariernya.[5]
Pada November 2023, Fahy secara terbuka mengkonfirmasi hubungannya dengan lawan mainnya di The White Lotus, Leo Woodall.[6][7]
