Masa Depan Palestina (bahasa Inggris: The Future of Palestine),[1][2] juga dikenal sebagai memorandum Samuel (bahasa Inggris: Samuel memorandum), adalah sebuah memorandum yang dipersembahkan oleh Herbert Samuel kepada Kabinet Inggris pada Januari dan Maret 1915, dua bulan setelah Inggris mendeklarasikan perang terhadap Kekaisaran Utsmaniyah. Memorandum tersebut memengaruhi sejumlah anggota Kabinet dalam bulan-bulan menjelang negosiasi perjanjian Sykes-Picot, dan kemudian Deklarasi Balfour.
