Jason Mantzoukas (/mænˈzuːkəs/; lahir 18 Desember 1972) adalah aktor, komedian, penulis skenario dan podcaster asal Amerika Serikat. Ia terkenal karena perannya yang berulang sebagai Rafi dalam serial komedi FX, The League, dan sebagai salah satu dari tiga pembawa acara podcast How Did This Get Made?.
Setelah memulai kariernya sebagai komedian improvisasi, ia telah memainkan beberapa peran komedi dalam film dan televisi. Dia muncul di film The Dictator, The Long Dumb Road, Sleeping with Other People, They Came Together, Conception dan John Wick: Chapter 3 – Parabellum. Kehidupan awal
Mantzoukas lahir pada 18 Desember 1972, di Lynn, Massachusetts, dan dibesarkan di Nahant, Massachusetts, dan merupakan anak tertua dari Cynthia (née Mourousas) dan William Mantzoukas, generasi kedua Yunani Amerika.[5][6] Ia memiliki seorang adik perempuan, Melissa.[7] Ia menggambarkan dirinya sebagai "100 persen Yunani".[8][9]
Mantzoukas mulai mengambil pelajaran drum pada usia 10 tahun dan belajar di bawah asuhan Steve Barrett selama lebih dari 8 tahun.[10] Dalam wawancara, ia menyebut Stewart Copeland, Stephen Perkins dari Jane's Addiction, dan Jimmy Chamberlin dari The Smashing Pumpkins sebagai pengaruh terbesarnya sebagai musisi muda.[11] Ia berpartisipasi dalam jazz dan marching band di sekolah menengah, serta bermain di sebuah band cover bernama Slygoul.[12] Ia melanjutkan dengan drum jazz di perguruan tinggi dan bermain untuk grup bebop.[13]

Kehidupan pribadi
Mantzoukas lahir dengan alergi telur dan mengalami anafilaksis jika tertelan.[22] Dia menyebut alergi ini sebagai penyebab kecenderungan hipokondriasisnya.[23] Dia sempat menjalin hubungan dengan aktris Connie Britton.[24][25]
