Hwang Jang-yop (bahasa Korea: 황장엽; 17 Februari 1923 – 10 Oktober 2010) adalah seorang politikus Korea Utara yang membelot ke Korea Selatan pada 1997. Ia dikenal sampai saat ini sebagai pembelot Korea Utara berpangkat tertinggi.[1] Ia banyak bertanggung jawab atas perancangan Juche, ideologi negara resmi dari Korea Utara.
