Heather Matarazzo (lahir 10 November 1982)[1] adalah seorang aktris asal Amerika Serikat. Ia dikenal karena memerankan Lilly Moscovitz dalam The Princess Diaries (2001) dan sekuelnya pada tahun 2004, serta Martha Meeks dalam Scream 3 (2000) dan Scream (2022). Matarazzo memulai debut filmnya pada usia 12 tahun dalam Welcome to the Dollhouse (1995), dan meraih Independent Spirit Award atas perannya sebagai Dawn Wiener.
