Francisco Javier Clavijero Echegaray (terkadang Francesco Saverio Clavigero) (9 September 1731 – 2 April 1787) adalah seorang guru, cendekiawan dan sejarawan Yesuit Meksiko. Setelah pengusiran para Yesuit dari koloni-koloni Spanyol (1767), ia datang ke Italia, di mana ia menulis karya berharga tentang sejarah dan peradaban pra-Kolumbus Mesoamerika dan altiplano Meksiko tengah.
