Eugene Theodore Booth, Jr. (28 September 1912 – 6 Maret 2004) adalah seorng fisikawan nuklir Amerika Serikat. Ia adalah anggota tim Columbia University yang membuat demonstrasi pertama dari fisi nuklir di Amerika Serikat. Pada Proyek Manhattan, ia bekerja pada difusi gas untuk pemisahan isotop.
