Ensemble de Lancement Soyouz
The Ensemble de Lancement Soyouz (ELS) (dalam bahasa Inggris; Soyuz Launch Complex), adalah kompleks peluncuran di Guyana Space Centre di Kourou/Sinnamary, Guyana Prancis. Kompleks ini digunakan oleh roket Soyuz-ST: versi modifikasi dari Soyuz-2 yang dioptimalkan untuk peluncuran dari Kourou.
Peluncuran pertama yang menggunakan kompleks terjadi pada tanggal 21 Oktober 2011, ketika sebuah Soyuz ST-B meluncurkan dua Galileo IOV-1 & IOV-2.
Situs lintang khatulistiwa memungkinkan massa muatan yang lebih besar yang akan ditempatkan ke orbit transfer geosynchronous dibandingkan dengan fasilitas peluncuran Soyuz yang ada di Kosmodrom Baikonur di Kazakhstan.
Ensemble de Lancement Soyouz terletak lima belas kilometer kearah barat laut dari fasilitas peluncuran roket yang digunakan oleh Ariane.
Kompleks ini terdiri dari landasan peluncuran tunggal, dengan perakitan dan pengolahan fasilitas horisontal, atau MIK, terletak 700 meter dari kompleks. Seperti pada kompleks peluncuran Soyuz di Baikonur dan Plesetsk, kompleks ini terhubung ke MIK dengan menggunakan rel kereta api.[butuh rujukan]
