Declaration of Dependence adalah album studio ketiga asal duo Norwegia, Kings of Convenience.[8] Album ini dirilis pada 5 Oktober 2009. Album ini dikenal dengan rilisan single "Mrs Cold" dan "Boat Behind" yang mencapai popularitas di berbagai radio di kota-kota besar di Indonesia. Kepopuleran Mrs Cold di radio juga turut menyukseskan konser Kings of Convenience di Jakarta dan Bandung pada Maret 2010.[9]
