David Lawrence McCary (lahir 2 Juli 1985) adalah seorang komedian, penulis, produser dan sutradara asal Amerika Serikat. Dari tahun 2013 hingga 2018, ia menjadi sutradara segmen dan penulis untuk Saturday Night Live.[1][2] Ia menikah dengan aktris Emma Stone, yang dengannya ia mendirikan perusahaan produksi Fruit Tree.
Kehidupan awal
McCary lahir di San Diego, California. Ia lulus dari SMA Monroe di Monroe, Wisconsin pada tahun 2003.[3] Ia kemudian masuk Brooks Institute of Photography sebelum keluar setelah dua tahun. McCary adalah teman masa kecil Kyle Mooney, dan keduanya tinggal bersama saat Mooney kuliah di Universitas California Selatan.[4]
Kehidupan pribadi
McCary mulai berkencan dengan aktris Emma Stone pada Oktober 2017.[5] Mereka mengumumkan pertunangan mereka pada Desember 2019, dan menikah pada tahun berikutnya.[6][7][8] Mereka memiliki seorang putri lahir pada Maret 2021.[9]
