William Henry Pratt (23 November 1887 – 2 Februari 1969), dikenal secara profesional sebagai Boris Karloff (/ˈkɑːrlɒf/), adalah seorang aktor Inggris. Perannya sebagai monster Frankenstein dalam film horor Frankenstein (1931), film ke-82-nya itu menjadikannya ikon horor, dan ia kembali memerankan peran tersebut dalam sekuel-sekuelnya Bride of Frankenstein (1935) dan Son of Frankenstein (1939). Dia juga muncul sebagai Imhotep dalam The Mummy (1932), dan mengisi suara Grinch dalam, serta menjadi narator, acara televisi animasi spesial dari How the Grinch Stole Christmas! (1966) oleh Dr. Seuss, yang membuatnya memenangkan Grammy Award.
