Anita Garvin (nama lahir Anna Frances Garvin; 11 Februari 1906 – 7 Juli 1994) adalah seorang pementas panggung dan pemeran film Amerika Serikat yang berkarya pada era film bisu dan bersuara.[2][3] Sebelum pensiun pada 1942, ia dikabarkan tampil dalam lebih dari 350 film pendek dan film fitur untuk berbagai studio Hollywood.[4] Peran-peran terkenalnya adalah sebagai karakter pendukung dalam film-film komedi Hal Roach yang dibintangi oleh Laurel dan Hardy dan Charley Chase.[5]

Most of her obituaries also cite her age as 88 at the time of her death. As noted in some biographical profiles on Garvin, she deliberately "adjusted" her age very early in her career to improve her chances of obtaining employment, adjustments that may have led to later confusion regarding her true birth year. It is worth noting too that no birth year is inscribed on Anita Garvin Stanley's grave marker, only her year of death.
