Al-Muftakhira adalah sebuah desa Arab Palestina di Subdistrik Safad. Desa tersebut dikosongkan dalam Perang Arab-Israel 1948 pada 16 Mei 1948 dalam Operasi Yiftach. Desa tersebut berjarak 25.5 km dari timur laut Safad.
