Akuaporin 3
Akuaporin 3 ditemukan pada membran sel basolateral sel utama tubulus koligentes dan menyediakan jalur bagi air untuk keluar dari sel tersebut.[5] Di dalam ginjal, AQP3 diregulasi oleh vasopresin (ADH).[6] Protein ini juga merupakan determinan untuk sistem golongan darah GIL.[7]
Asam suberanilohidroksamat (SAHA) (inhibitor HDAC) meningkatkan ekspresi akuaporin-3 pada sel kulit normal (keratinosit).[8]
Signifikansi klinis
Konsentrasi AQP3 sering kali lebih rendah pada psoriasis dibandingkan dengan kulit sehat.[8]
AQP3 lebih diekspresikan pada eksem atopik.[9]
